If you’ve tried to remove Antivirus 2009 and haven’t had any luck, then I don’t have to tell you how persistent this latest spyware threat is. What you do need to now however, is that there is an easy way to get rid of it for good Herbal Colon Cleanse you choose to.
Antivirus 2009 is the latest threat in a series of cleverly crafted schemes that are designed to get you to pay for rogue antispyware software that is supposed to help keep your computer clean. You likely first received a popup telling you that you had spyware on your computer and that you needed to download and install antivirus software to fix it.
If you actually did click on the popup you were likely then taken to a webpage that showed you how many threats actually existed on your PC, however the reality is that no spyware scan actually took place and instead you were simply shown an elaborate and well crafted picture of what it supposedly found.
All of this is just another part of an elaborate hoax that has taken the Internet by storm. There have been a large number of these types of programs circulating in the past couple of years and because over 80% of Internet users have absolutely no form of spyware protection running on their computers, they fall victim to the hoax rather easily.
That being said, the question now becomes how can you get rid of Antivirus 2009 and keep your computer protected from these scams moving forward, and the answer is that you must invest money in proven and effective antispyware software, otherwise you are fighting a never ending battle.
Typically, a top of the line spyware remover will require an investment of no more than $30-$40 at the most. But most people think that they can get by with using free software when the reality is that the free software is nowhere near as effective as paid software because the vendors of the software do not put many resources into improving the software and keeping it up to date to combat the more complex and dangerous spyware that exists today.
I’ve worked in the computer industry for over 12 years now and my advice is the same for family as it is for total strangers - if you really want to protect your computer and not worry about spyware, you will get past the notion that free spyware removers will do the job you need them to do because this is one instance where you absolutely get what you pay for.
So if you want to remove Antivirus 2009 for good, take my advice and invest the small amount of money in a top of the line spyware removal tool. You’ll be glad you did.

As we begin the New Year 2009, we find ourselves in a fantastic real estate buyer’s market! Since late 2006, the real estate market in the United States has been experiencing a downturn due to external economic forces and the negative effects of an untempered real estate boom. As such, 2009 has positioned the market to be very favorable to the real estate buyer. If you have been giving any consideration to buying a home, now is the time to do it…
One reason we find ourselves in a buyer’s market is the fact lenders have significantly tightened underwriting requirements. In 2006, loan products were available that allowed for 100% financing with marginal credit scores. This contributed to the real estate boom, but also contributed to our current market challenges. By tightening the underwriting requirements lenders reduced the pool of potential buyers significantly, causing sellers to have trouble selling their homes. This brought down prices and made sellers much more open to concessions during negotiations, benefiting the buyer.
Another reason we find ourselves in a buyer’s market is tied to the first. As time went forward from 2006 the number of homes available for sale on the market continued to increase. As the number of homes available for sale increased against a decreasing pool of potential buyers, further downward pressure was placed on pricing. In addition, this has forced sellers to make updates and other improvements to their homes to make them more viable in the current market, again benefiting the buyer.
A final reason we find ourselves in such a terrific buyer’s market is because mortgage interest rates have been significantly reduced in an effort to stimulate the real estate market. In addition, lenders are offering incentives like greatly reduced closing costs to drive new clients to their doors.
Given these factors you can see why the current real estate market has turned out to greatly favor the buyer. Now is the time to buy if you have been giving it any consideration, and if you are not ready to buy now, it is time to take the steps necessary to get prepared. This buyer’s market will persist in many areas for years to come, but in certain areas it will begin to turn around this year. Do not miss an opportunity of a lifetime to purchase a home with great terms at a great rate!

‘Civil war looms’ in Madagascar
March 11th, 2009 by fernandagawelThe US envoy to Madagascar warns of a possible civil war after pro-opposition soldiers force the army chief to resign.
Socially Disadvantage communities and our youth future have taken another hit backwards in our nation from 2000 to 2008. What does 2009 hold for a nation plaque by racism, discrimination, and social injustice against our youth and our communities? Communities, youth, and families have continuously battled to feed their families and keep control of what is going on in the schools system at home and in their neighborhoods. As I travel through the Southern Bible Belt states and across the Midwest, I continue to see the same old problems in this trillion-dollar nation that we live in call America. Gas prices are off the roof, imports are still overwhelming our income, homes, and the price for life has taken us to foreclosure, while the rich continue to get richer and the poor stay socially disadvantage and under-served. The nation has lost its way due to the default of the American people judgment and values that have created insensitive Politian’s which have not stood for the people that have elected them.
However, we can only fault ourselves the people that put these individuals in office. We can’t blame anyone except our selves, for the mess in this country. Our vote for the right wing conservative politicians or politicians has gotten us in this mess. The problems regard foreclosures are due to the people not working and not having the proper finances to get through everyday life, jobs-income. If you don’t have money you can’t pay anybody. We can’t blame it totally on greedy banks that don’t help the community where their customers are because we allow it. We need to make these banks accountability for being in our neighborhoods. Too much money coming in ,and not enough going into the communities that these Banks are serving. We need to take ownership of poor judgment with the services of corporations and financial institutions that want to be in our neighbors. Many of these companies build in low -income areas but do nothing to revitalize the community except build high income homes to move out low-income families. The fault lies in the community for allowing these our government officials to have the power over us as they bail out big corporations and allow families to continue to struggle to feed each other.
Foreign influence controls our lives and the government gives permission to big business to take our jobs out of this country and leave us to homelessness, crime, and despair. Lou Dobbs of CNN has continued to express his concerns on helping the people of this country and has asked the Administration to reach out to the people. We as a nation are not demanding anything of our government and allowing our government officials and CEO’s to rap this country blind and them take it oversees for big profits. We as a people don’t share the same agenda to help one another and to keep our child safe as Dr. King work so hard to make these changes in America and the world. What can we do if anything to savage a problem that the state and local law makers don’t want to touch?
Discrimination is an insult to a nation with people of all colors and values, but we still continue to divide our true principles in life. Not Caring!
Due to the growing Billions spent in Iraq many of our citizens and veterans are left homeless with a Trillion dollar bill that becomes a taxpayer’s nightmare. Everything is affected by this war in Iraq but our Politicians move on to the next phase of their lives and continues to rake in the money from their interest with big lobbyist. Our Administration has become billionaires in 8 years and has continued to rap the country blind. The money that corporations and our politicians are getting from big lobbyist and contracts like Halliburton for Iraq and Afghanistan is a shame. This Administration is and has been out of touch with mainstream America needs. Taxes cuts for the rich only help the rich. The rich continue to get richer and the other class of Americans in this country continues to lose everything they have worked so hard for. It’s a lot talk about helping the American people but people in this country need immediate help not a lot of talk.
CNN and other network broadcasting news stations are having discussion about the economy and how the failing government can bailout big banks like Bear Stearns and watch politician raise millions of dollars to become the newly elected President of the United States, but we can’t help the American people in New Orleans or get books in our dilapidated schools. Why does it cost so much to become President only to rap the people of this country once again. Senator Clinton, Senator Obama, and Senator McCain has spent millions for a campaign while the economcy is falling to it knees. It’s a shame that they along with the rest of those Senators spend billions of dollars for a race that only helps the rich. Shouldn’t you be tried of this kind of politics?
Minorities especially Black African American people in this country have been discriminated against for more then 400 years, yes, slavery ended but discrimination has went on and on. The unemployment rate is double when it come to African American and that has been the problem sense slavery. African Americans are continually getting the shaft on the jobs, better schools, and within the community that they live in. Poverty in our communities is growing like a plague and the rich get richer and the poor stay poor, yes you have heard this before. The community and outreach centers for the under-served community have gone and we haven’t replaced them, only to see empty and vacant buildings only to be torn down and sold to developers, while watching developers buy the land and build new homes that are out of reach financially for that community which is being displaced. Poor people just don’t have an advocate with enough muscle and power to make a change in America.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., died in 1968 because he was the advocate for the under-severed (poor people) and they kill him for it. Dr. King was struggling to change how people look at one another. Blacks living in New York or white people living in Mississippi or Kentucky without Health care is no different when it come to discrimination. It’s being poor. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. fought to tear down the walls for injustice. He fought for equality and fairness but the rules change rapidly and many of the issues he fought for went underground. Yes, we have had some strive in equality but it hasn’t fixed a broken people yet in this country.
Washington, DC and the power to be continued work the same way they have been for decades, but we as a people can make changes among our own lives to help one another and to cherish the values that we have in our families for this nation.
The USDA National Statistical Service and U.S. Census Bureau, provides statistics of despair indicating a decrease in minority farming, loans, home buying, the list goes on and it continues to get worst. You don’t need to have a degree in Business, Agriculture, or Mathematics to see that American minorities are hurting and no one cares. Just go to your local business and see the disparity among professional jobs, with Black-man/women, Hispanic-man/women and other minorities that make up this rich nation of our. The prices that the poor people pay is astounding and it is going to get worst everyday.
In 2006 the Forbes Magazine posted it Forbes 400 Billionaires in this country. We should have people in this country that has exceeds the rules, but when it come at the expense of the people doing the work that a shame. Many of these Billionaires became wealth because someone else did the work and they capture the riches by providing the management, guidance’s, and money to get those riches. But we need to continue to help those that are less fortunate and help them achieve they goals as well.
However, discrimination has continued to knock the doors down and others out of business. There has been a lot of celebration in the 20th century for many reasons, Civil Rights moments, and the death of Reverend Dr. Orange a civil rights leader, the opening of the Rosa Parks Museum, and the 40th Anniversary of the tragic assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in Memphis, Tennessee and the list goes on. We should have leaned a lot sense Dr. King’s death but the walls of injustice are still a part of African American people and it needs to be torn down and rebuilt so that social structure or reorganization is done. Our society continues to put-up walls so our low-income American can’t survive in an industry that make Trillions for some. Although racism and discrimination was even stronger them it has not lost any wind sense 1968.
Tearing Down The Walls should have been our first priority in the 20th Century but we are 4 months into the 2008 fiscal year and 2009 is staring us down. We should turn up the heat and eliminated the Walls that divide us. The power brokers in this country need to change how they look at poverty and not shove it under the carpet. Many of these issues are continuing, growing problems between our country and we as a people need to continue the battle and make our leader accountable. Discrimination can be reformed by understanding the anger that has interrupted the progress for success. We need to reposition our values that fuel these problems and stand-up and fight for equal justice for all, like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. did for All. His fire has always been in us, let’s not give it back and fight for our rights.

A Humorous Preview of the F1 2009 Season
March 10th, 2009 by fernandagawelFormula One teams are launching their new cars and Vera Bradley Diaper Bag March 29th race in Australia is starting to get closer. For Formula One fans, the new regulations promise a 2009 season that will be full of drama. Here is a go at a tongue in cheek prediction for how the season will play out.
The Australian Grand Prix
March 29th is the glorious day for the first grand prix of the 29th year. One week before the race, Bernie Ecclestone announces his decision to move the race to Iraq unless local authorities agree to pay him 100 million pounds and call him by the title “Dark Lord”. Max Mosley is heard squealing in delight. Kimi Raikkonen misses the beginning of the race after falling asleep in his hotel room.
The Malaysian Grand Prix
After winning the first two races, Lewis Hamilton mysteriously drives like an amateur and finishes dead last three laps back. Peter Windsor, his PR agent, complains that the result is unfair because Robert Kubica told Hamilton it was the last race of the season and we all know what that means. Nick Heidfeld wins the race, but drives an extra lap just to be safe since he is usually a lap down. Kimi Raikkonen misses the race after falling asleep in the bathroom. Fernando Alonso is seen taking measurements of the Ferrari cockpit.
The Monaco Grand Prix
The race is a stunner. Kimi Raikkonen wins pole with a dramatic lap. Leading away from the start, he falls asleep in the Grand Hotel hairpin. One driver after another crashes into the back of him. Jenson Button comes out of the stands, jumps on a scooter and wins the race in the slowest time ever recorded primarily do to the fact he has to carry the scooter over Michael Schumacher who is lying across the track. Renault boss Flavio Briatore protests the results, but loses when nobody can figure out what he is saying.
The German Grand Prix
The coronation of Sebastian Vettel as the next great German driver is planned. To celebrate the moment, Vettel lays down the fastest time in the last qualifying period and then parks his car perpendicular to the last turn. The other teams protest. After reviewing the situation closely, the stewards fine Lewis Hamilton 10 spots. Ron Dennis comes out of retirement to protest and is tragically beaten to death by visiting Polish fans who take umbrage with his comments from 2008 about Robert Kubica’s nose. In a dramatic race, Vettel beats Heikki Kovalinen…again. Ralph Schumacher smirks and says he could’ve done better if only someone would give him a chance…and pay him 20 million a year.
The Italian Grand Prix
Kimi Raikkonen wins the pole and race in total domination. Lewis Hamilton complains it is a Ferrari conspiracy. Commentators suggest it is the fact the rabid Tafosi were chasing Raikkonen down the track every foot of the way with machetes, guns and the like. Asked about it after the race, Raikkonen mumbles three times and falls asleep during the press conference. Jenson Button streaks through the conference with his trophy from Monaco.
The Japanese Grand Prix
Despite dry conditions, Ferrari starts the race on full wets. Kimi Raikkonen falls asleep during the national anthem. Sebastian Vettel wins pole, but crashes on lap one when he suddenly realizes he is only 22 and should be out having a pint. Lewis Hamilton dominates the race until he suffers an unfortunate EBG [Eaten by Godzilla] moment. A monsoon hits and nothing can be seen. It suddenly lifts to reveal Bernie Ecclestone whipping Max Mosley on the front stretch. Chaos reigns and despite having both drivers out of the race with engine failures, Ferrari is declared the winner and McLaren is fined $50 million.
Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
The final race of the season is in Abu Dhabi. Seriously. This is the truth and could anything be stranger?
Despite tight races in the constructor and driver’s championships, the long history of motor racing in Abu Dhabi comes to the forefront and the stand are half full. Kimi Raikkonen declares it his favorite race and immediately falls asleep in the stands.
Lewis Hamilton wins pole, but realizes it is the last race and promptly switches the car into reverse while going down the front stretch. The resulting crash is all the more puzzling to McLaren engineers when they realize there is no reverse gear in the McLaren transmission. The Ghost of Ron Dennis holds a press conference to announce he created a metaphysical reverse gear in the car and it isn’t Hamilton’s fault.
Felipe Massa is told over the radio that his reign as world champion is about to begin if he can hold on to a 50 second lead with 10 laps to go. He mistakes “reign” for “rain” and immediately spins five times. The entire field passes him and Sebastian Vettel wins the race and championship. Ferrari protests that Vettel does not have enough “L”s in his name. Stewards fine Vettel and every driver but Massa a one lap penalty. McLaren is fined $20 million. Massa is declared the winner and champion. Ron Dennis spins in his grave. Raikkonen wakes up and ask where the bar is.

When you know this, then you can spend some time working out an action plan to make sure you can achieve it. If you want to stop smoking, get some help whether this is a stop smoking CD or a visit to a clinical hypnotist or even nicotine patches. If you wnat to lose weight, sign up for an exercise class, get some hypnosis programs to help or start a diet.

Tab Cards Took A Bum Rap In Florida Election And Still Are The Best Method For Voting
March 8th, 2009 by fernandagawelWe had the following published in the Cleveland Plain Dealer, during the recount of the tab cards votes in Florida:
…..Having a background in tab cards, I find it befuddling as to Citizen Chronograph Watches this vote-counting mess can keep going on in Florida.
Tab cards are made of paper that is ever-changing depending on its surroundings. Tab cards - particularly perforated ones- were designed and made for machine processing. Their life span of accuracy is limited, especially considering how they’ve been handled so far in Florida. I guarantee that every manual recount will have a different result. ( If you took a deck of tab cards and slapped them on the side of a desk, you would have a different result, almost every time you did it. )
I can’t believe, based on what I see on TV, that anyone can trust any outcome after the way these cards have been counted, stacked and rearranged. After all this manipulation, the cards are damaged goods. Even paper and stock card manufacturers would have a difficult time determining voter intent. Even if those who have handled the recount so far were replaced by impartial laymen in the court system, not much more objectitve reality will be reached as to who voted for whom.
Someone should call in experts if these legal maneuvers continue. In any other court situations, we always have the evidence tested for its validity. In Florida, it somehow was automatically assumed that the holes and chads will tell the story no matter where, when and how the tab cards were manipulated. Only God now knows the real count after the way the cards were manually handled.
( Written during the Florida recount in Dec. 2000.)
( It a sad commentary that this process was used to verify the election and even more sad that a data processing tool that was used for many years by major corporations by the millions during the most prosperous time in our history was foolishly rejected. Tab cards remain the best inexpensive method for voting but simple procedures must be followed. )
The tab punched card still remains the best way for voting. The card itself is a unit record. It is a physical hard record based on a manual punching of a card. For many years, companies ran their businesses with tab cards. However, all data was considered to be “raw data” until the data was verified in a separate pass. The tab card was called a unit record because the data on it was physically limited to the individual card. In any other electronic processing this is not case. Bits and bytes are only electronic pulses in a flow of a records. They can be a very long one based on arbitrary choices. Data or pulses can be changed at any time at will or by accident.
With the old tab card system, most of all data was verified. This should have been the case with the tab card voting machines. Tab cards were designed to be a machine run processes and not handled manually. Perforated cards that were hand punched were manually handled but after the fact, the rest of the operations were run by machines. In storage of any length of time, the cards were compressed because card stock is subject to the environment in many ways.
The only thing missing from the manual card voting systems was a verification pass. This could be a simple efficient inexpenvise step. The voter would punch out the holes beside their selection as they always have and then view a simple display - it could be video screen or even something simpler. The voter would then view their selections on the display and then press a verification button that everthing is OK. There would then be two records of the event - the card itself and the verified information in a simple computer fashion. The votes could then be tallied in batch mode with each batch having its own record. It could then go to a larger computer to process all the data but still have the original voting records in tact from the separate procedure, if there are any questions.
In the Florida voting problems, nothing was for sure once the cards were manually counted. Stock cards are paper products and paper is a dynamic element subject to its surrounding. For example, the cards only in boxes, that were transported in hot trucks in the Florida sun, were subject to many things. The cards could warp and popped the chads in an automatic response to the heat. Moisture also affects stock cards and could cause a horizontal or vertical bending of the card automatically. That is why it was nonsensical to watch all those people on TV checking the cards by hand. The data was still raw without any verfication process to back up the original voting selection. With all the manual handling only God really knew what was the original situation. With a simple second verification process, none of this would have been needed and the hard copy only had to compare with the verification after the fact with the clicking of the verification button on a simple display being the result of the individual voter action.
Compare this with a touch screen sophisticated computer devices. Bits and bytes of data are dynamic subject to changes at any time. The simple dynamics of card stock is easy to control. Electronic pulses are not.

Obama’s Health Insurance Vision is Available
March 6th, 2009 by fernandagawelDuring the Obama / McCain town hall debate Health Insurance was a big issue. Barak Obama stated that no family should go Bankrupt based on a catastrophic illness and spend there time battling with the insurance companies while they are trying to deal with their illness.
That goal can be achieved today for over 70% of the American work force with a simple change in insurance coverage. Companies that currently offer blanket medical coverage offer the following
Policies:
Medical Insurance
Group Life Insurance
Shot Term Disability
Long Term Disability
Dental
Vision
401K
An employee that is provided with these types of benefits was considered to be fully insured and covered. Based on a Harvard Bankruptcy Study illness to either spouse will cause such a financial strain it will send the family into Bankruptcy within weeks.
The solution is to simply realign the money spent on insurance to protect the income of the employees through supplemental insurance. Using the same dollar amount the insurance package can be re-allocated to the following:
Medical Insurance
Group Life Insurance
Short Term Disability
Long Term Disability
Supplemental Income Protection
401K
Using this model of replacing the Dental and Vision insurance with Supplemental Income Protection the employee is now financially ready to face catastrophic illnesses. Employers do not spend extra money to implement these plans as they are employee contribution plans and the Employer saves on Pay roll Taxes.
The payroll deduction Companies gain can be used to defray the costs to the company of supplying medical insurance to the employees. By realigning these costs it would increase health care coverage and protect individuals from financial disaster based on Catastrophic Illness to themselves, a spouse or children.
